This involved taking the hall way, lounge and dining room back to brick and damp proofing all walls. The fireplaces were opened up and bespoke cabinets were made to fit the alcoves. A real wood Oak floor was laid throughout before new skirting boards were fitted. Aluminium bi-fold doors were also fitted to the rear.
