New build
We ensure full project and site management for every new build. We employ a truly structured approach to domestic new builds with the right management in place to deliver the project on time and on budget.
Furthermore, we have developed a strong network of architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors and trade specialists enabling us to deliver a seamless construction service.
We carry out new build projects by following one of the two procedures below:
- We can provide a full design and build service, from drawing the initial plans using experienced architects and structural engineers to handling the planning application and building regulations application, and then carrying out the build stage from this point.
- We often find that the client already has the plans drawn up and planning permission has been granted. Knox Developments will then take over the project for the build stage and furthermore, is able to commence works at short notice due to the depth of resources of the company.
